Return Policy
We have set up some basic guiliness to make this process simple and hassle free.
If, for any reason, you are not happy with your purchase, we will be more than happy to accept your return for a reimbursement.
In the event of a return, our Main Office should be contacted within 7 days of you receiving your item.
Undamaged returns will be accepted only if we are notified at our customer service office within 7 days of your items being delivered. A refund will be equivalent to the price of your order. All actual shipping charges incurred to get products back to our facilities are strictly the responsibility of the customer.
The customer will be responsible for all shipping related details like booking shipping companies, shipping supplies, and providing tracking information, etc. Cost for shipping will covered by the customer at the rates of the shipping company of their choice and not at the discounted rate or free shipping rate in the event of a return. Full refunds will only be approved and credits granted if the order is in new condition with out damage and in the original packaging when it arrives back at our warehouses.
If an order is received at our facilities with damage, or previously used you will be charged a 25% restocking fee.
Credits for damages, 'wear and tear', dents, scratches or other evidence that the item was used will be deducted from the total amount of your refund.
Return Policies do not apply to: clearance items, special orders, custom orders.
Non returnable items:
• Assembled , Altered items or out of original product packaging.
• Custom made items.
