Belizo understands the long-term value of customer satisfaction. To ensure that buyers are satisfied with every purchase, we accept returns and provide generous warranties. If there is a problem with one of our products, please consult this page to determine if it is eligible to be returned. We have also provided instructions on how to return an item or request warranty service.
Returns and Exchanges
- Belizo accepts most returns for two weeks after the date of purchase. We have a restocking fee of 25% of the original order + a return shipping fee that depends where you are located. The customer must also pay for return shipping. We do not allow returns of custom furniture with special upholstery, colors or designs.
- When returning a product, remember to include all of the original tags, inserts, packaging materials and instruction sheets. To qualify for a refund, the furniture must remain in new condition. After the returned item arrives, it may take up to two weeks for us to issue a refund. For additional instructions, please call or send us an email message.
- Belizo will not directly exchange one item for another. However, buyers may initiate exchanges by returning merchandise and ordering additional products at the same time. The customer will only have to pay the portion of the purchase price and shipping cost that exceeds the refund amount. The same rules apply to exchanges and returns.
Contact us as soon as possible if you wish to file a warranty claim. Please send photos to document any manufacturing defects or other Claims. To prove that they purchased the items, we encourage customers to keep product receipts. Buyers must report shipping damage within 48 hours and manufacturing defects within a week.
